Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY- As I do understand that life does happen. If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. You will need to book a new appointment, with a new deposit. This is to ensure that clients following receive the same time and courtesy. • Canceling less than 24 hours will cause a forfeit deposit. •Rescheduling requires a 24 hours notice. You are able to reschedule your appointment 2 times. After that your deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking and deposit will be required. • No call, No Show will be blocked from any future appointments. My time is just as valuable as yours.
